Seven multiple-choice questions, about two minutes, and an instant result. Built for CPOs and HR leaders at scaling companies of 50–1,000 people who want a quick, honest read on whether their review process is helping or getting in the way.
How it works: each question covers one area: review cadence, goal clarity, calibration, feedback frequency, promotion fairness, skills visibility and manager confidence. Answers score 3, 2, 1 or 0 points, so the total runs from 0 to 21. A score of 16 or more reads as Healthy, 9 to 15 as At risk and 8 or less as Broken. Your two lowest-scoring areas are shown as your biggest opportunities.

How to read your result
- Healthy (16–21): the foundations are in place. The next gains usually come from sharper calibration and better skills data, so the process scales without adding admin.
- At risk (9–15): the basics exist but consistency is slipping. Uneven feedback and calibration are the usual culprits. Fix the two areas the tool flags before the next cycle.
- Broken (0–8): reviews are probably creating more frustration than growth. Start with a simple, lightweight cadence: clear goals, regular 1:1s and one calibration step.
It is a self-assessment, not an audit. Answer for how the last full review cycle actually ran, not how it is meant to run. For a deeper look, use the performance management framework and the review-cycle checklist.
FAQ
Is my data stored?
Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is saved unless you choose to enter your email on the optional step before the result, in which case your email, score, band and answers are stored so Ash can send you your result and the playbook. You can skip that step and still see your result. To have your details deleted, see the privacy policy.
Who is it for?
CPOs, Heads of People and HR leaders at scaling companies, typically 50–1,000 people, who run (or are about to run) a formal review cycle.
Does it recommend a vendor?
No. The score comes only from your answers. Ash works for Revolut People, so if you discuss the result on a call, treat product suggestions as coming from an interested party.
